After the order is delivered to the designated smart locker, the waiting period is about 10 working days, and you will receive a SMS with the pick-up password.

Alfred Locker Alfred Smart Locker Service - Terms and Conditions:

  1. Orders must be over HK$400 after discount to enjoy free Alfred smart locker service.
  2. Each order can only be shipped to a single smart locker, and each smart locker can only hold one order.
  3. Orders with original box products are not eligible for Alfred Smart Locker service.
  4. Sing Wai Hall reserves the right to request to change to other delivery methods within 5 days from the date of placing the order. If there is a difference with the original shipping fee, the customer may need to make up back the difference.
  5. Some smart lockers can only be picked up by residents. If you are not in the housing estate, please do not choose this smart cabinet. Sing Wai Hall will not be responsible if the package cannot be picked up due to failure to enter the housing estate.
  6. Customers need to provide two smart locker addresses in the order for backup, which can be found at https://locations.alfred.delivery/ query.

7. Please pick up the package within the specified time period, otherwise the order will be cancelled, and any fees incurred by the customer will be borne by the customer.

  1. If the goods in the order and the shipping package exceed the volume of the smart cabinet, Sing Wai Hall will transfer the order to a commercial/residential address, all shipping costs It will always be borne by the customer.

(B) Shipping Method:

  1. After online checkout, the order notification of Sing Wai Hall system will be sent to the email address in the order information by email, and the logistics department will arrange The goods are delivered to the third-party logistics company, and the courier will try to deliver the goods to the designated location according to the delivery time (if any) noted on the order.
  2. The shipping company will confirm by phone or WhatsApps the day before or after the delivery is arranged.
  3. If the delivery is unsuccessful, if the goods are still not picked up after the 7-day storage period expires, it will be deemed that the recipient has given up the right to pick up the goods, and the order will be is automatically cancelled, payment and merchandise will not be refunded.
  4. Any expenses incurred by the client shall be borne by the client.
  5. In case of any disputes, Sing Wai Hall reserves the right of final decision.

(C) Tracking Shipments:

  1. (D) Notes and Shipping Terms and Conditions:

  1. We will not arrange delivery until we confirm your payment arrangement.
  2. Delivery service will be delayed when Gale Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect , or make other arrangements.
  3. To protect customers, 3PL will only deliver to the address specified on the order.
  4. If the recipient entrusts another person to collect the goods, Sing Wai Hall and the third party logistics will not be responsible for the involved responsibility for risk or loss.

  6.   11. All orders are subject to the supplier's availability before final confirmation. If we fail to deliver any of the ordered goods or services, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify the customer by phone or email prior to delivery.
  12. If the order time is after 11:00 a.m., it will be regarded as the next day's order processing.
  13. Delivery time excludes Sundays and public holidays.
  14. Customers generally have the option of shipping within 2 – 7 days following the day of order confirmation.
  15. If the customer confirms the order after the cut-off time on the day before the public holiday or during the holiday, the delivery date will be postponed accordingly. Please pay attention to the delivery time provided by the system before confirming the order.
